Daybreak - Individual Coaching

Online Life Coaching for Clarity, Change & Personal Growth

Sometimes one conversation is enough. Other times, it takes a few conversations before things begin to make more sense.

Through one-to-one coaching, I help people look beneath what is happening on the surface, understand what may be shaping the way they see themselves and their life, and come away understanding things more clearly.

You may already know what you want to talk about — a relationship, a decision, work, or simply something you want to understand better.

Whether it is one conversation or something that continues for a while, there does not have to be a set ending before we begin.

Who It's For

Some people want to begin with one conversation and take it one step at a time. You may not know how much time you will need, or you may simply want the freedom to see what makes sense as you go.

Daybreak gives you that option. You can begin with one conversation and take it one step at a time, continuing for as long as it feels helpful.

Choose the rhythm that works for you.

Linda Kempers, Renewal Coach at Twelve Two Coaching

One Session at a Time
You can begin with a 60 minute conversation when there is something you want to talk through, without deciding in advance whether you will continue.

Ongoing Monthly Coaching
If you would rather meet regularly, we can decide together whether two, three, or four 60-minute conversations a month makes the most sense for you, and adjust that from one month to the next if needed.

The coaching itself is the same. The difference is simply whether you prefer to take it one conversation at a time or have a regular rhythm already in place.

If It Feels Like the Right Time

Sometimes one conversation is enough to help you see something differently. Other times, what becomes clearer gives you something more to think about.

You do not have to know where the conversation will lead before you begin.

I’d love to hear what brought you here and begin this conversation with you.
