How We Can Work Together
Wherever you're starting from, there's a place to begin.

Hi, I’m Linda.
You may know exactly what brought you here, or you may only know that there is something you want to understand more clearly.
Through one-to-one coaching, we can look beneath what is happening on the surface, understand what may be shaping the way you see yourself and your life, and begin to see more clearly what is true and what may be possible from here.
Who is this for
Sometimes you know something needs to change. Sometimes you just know something doesn't feel quite right.
There are times when life makes that obvious. A relationship changes, we lose someone, work no longer fits, addiction affects our life or the life of someone we love, or something we counted on shifts in a way we did not expect.
Other times, there is nothing obvious to point to. We may keep finding ourselves in the same argument, carrying the same responsibility, questioning something we once felt certain about, or wondering why the things we thought would bring fulfillment have not felt the way we expected.
Sometimes the thing in front of us is not the whole thing.
I have seen some of the most vulnerable people judged by what they did, one moment in their lives, a label, a circumstance, a trauma, or an experience — as though one part of a person could somehow become the whole of them. Too often, what was most visible became what defined them, while so much of who they were went unseen.
I think the same can be true in our own lives. Sometimes we are trying to make sense of something painful. Sometimes we are questioning a relationship, a responsibility, or a pattern we keep returning to. And sometimes life looks perfectly fine from the outside, but something we once wanted, believed, or worked toward no longer feels the way we thought it would.
We can become so used to a way of seeing ourselves, another person, success, responsibility, or what life is supposed to look like that we stop wondering whether there is another way to see it.
You may know exactly what you want to change. Or you may only know that something does not feel quite right anymore. Either can be a place to begin.

What Working Together Can Look Like
We start with what brought you here and spend some time looking at it together. As we talk, you may begin to notice how much of the way you have been seeing yourself or the situation has been shaped by other people's opinions, expectations, labels, experiences, or things you have simply accepted over time.
When some of that begins to separate out, the picture can start to look different. You may find yourself questioning things you had never thought to question before, understanding something in a way you had not considered, or seeing choices and possibilities that were harder to see when everything was tangled together.
I am not there to tell you what to believe or what decision to make. My role is to help you look closely enough that you can hear your own questions, recognize what may not belong to you, and decide for yourself what you want to do with what becomes clearer.
My hope is that over time you begin to feel less limited by the choices and possibilities you once thought were available to you, more empowered in your own life, and able to live with a greater sense of freedom in what you are beginning to see for yourself.
What Can Begin to Change
Sometimes a different way of seeing something can change the way we understand everything around it.
We may begin to understand why the same kinds of situations keep happening, why certain relationships affect us so deeply, why we keep taking on responsibilities that leave us exhausted, or why something we once thought would make us happy no longer feels the way we expected.
We may start questioning things we have accepted for years — about ourselves, about other people, about responsibility, success, love, or what life is supposed to look like.
Something we once thought we had to accept can begin to look different when we are no longer seeing it in the same way.
We may begin to recognize what we actually want, what we have been afraid to consider, or what we no longer believe we have to accept.
Sometimes the first thing that changes is not the situation itself. It is the way we understand what is happening.

And when that changes, the responsibilities we take on, the choices we make, the relationships we stay in, and what we believe is possible can begin to change too.
The JouRney Within
Sometimes we do not see how much something has shaped us until we begin looking at it differently. And once we do, what we believed, what we accepted, and what we thought was possible can begin to change too.

A Note About Accessibility
I want this work to be available to people who feel it could be helpful, even when the full investment may not be possible right now.
Payment plans are available, and I also keep a limited number of reduced-rate spaces. If cost is the thing that would otherwise stop you from reaching out, you are always welcome to ask what may be available.

Turning Point
When there is something you are ready to start looking at.
6–8 conversations over 6–10 weeks
Investment: $1,200–$1,550 CAD
It may be something that has recently come up, something you have wondered about for years, or something you simply know you are ready to spend some time understanding.
You do not need to know where it will lead. Sometimes you just know you are ready to look.

Path of Renewal
For when you know you want to commit to the work for a longer period of time.
12 conversations over 12–16 weeks

Twelve conversations give us time to keep looking at what brought you here and follow what becomes clearer, without having to decide from one month to the next whether you want to continue.

Common Questions
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching and therapy can sometimes touch on similar parts of a person’s life, but they are not the same thing.
My work is coaching. We look at what brought you here, what may be shaping the way you understand it, and what becomes clearer as we talk. Sometimes that means looking at something that has happened, something you have come to believe, a relationship, a decision, or simply a sense that something does not feel quite right. The focus is on understanding what is in front of you more clearly and what may become possible from there.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or treatment for mental-health conditions. If something comes up that would be better supported by a licensed mental-health professional, I will tell you that.
How do I know which option is right for me?
You do not have to know which option is right before you reach out. The exploratory call gives us a chance to talk about what brought you here, what you are looking for, and what kind of way of working together might make the most sense for you.
Is coaching faith-based?
Twelve Two is rooted in my Christian faith and in Romans 12:2. That verse has guided me for most of my life, although the way I understood it changed over time. What once felt limiting eventually became freeing as I came to understand renewal as no longer allowing the world around us to have the final word on who we are or what is true.
My faith shapes the way I see people and the way I approach this work, but you do not need to share my beliefs to work with me. There is room here for your own beliefs, questions, and understanding of what is meaningful to you.
How are the sessions conducted?
We meet online by video, or by phone if that feels more comfortable for you.
A Place to Begin
Sometimes beginning is simply having a place to say what has been sitting in your head for a while.

There is something different about hearing yourself say it out loud, having someone listen without rushing to fix it, and being able to stay with a thought long enough to understand what is actually there.
You may hear something in your own words that you had not noticed before. You may realize that what you thought was the problem is only part of it. Or something that has felt confusing may begin to make a little more sense.
That is often what beginning looks like — not having everything figured out, but having enough space to see something more clearly than you could before.
